E. Nicholas Mortimer |
Nicholas is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sanitas Peak. He is an entrepreneur and business manager with broad experience in small business operations, finance, sales and customer service.
Prior to founding Sanitas Peak, Nicholas was a commodity futures, equities and Forex trader for 13 years. In addition, Nicholas co-founded a unique skincare brand with growing sales in both physical and online retail environments, which he successfully sold in 2012. Previously, Nicholas was a manager for JAG Trading Corporation, a firm on the floor of the COMEX gold futures pit in New York, working with their high-volume, private clients including Goldman Sachs. Nicholas began his career in finance at Oppenheimer & Co., before moving to Kleinwort Benson North America in New York, where he specialized in blue chip, cross-border mergers and acquisitions in pharmaceuticals, aerospace, packaged consumer goods and publishing. Raised in Holland, England, Switzerland and Greece, Nicholas received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He speaks French, Spanish and Greek. |
Charles Wellso |
Charles is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sanitas Peak. A 25-year veteran entrepreneur, Charles has extensive experience in financial markets, marketing and distribution. Previously, he was a principal at Cherry Creek Partners, a Denver-based private equity firm that syndicates investment opportunities in real estate and provides seed capital to start-ups.
Previously, Charles served as director of business development for American Property Solutions, a joint venture between Bitzer & L.C. Fulenwider focusing on bank REO and distressed real estate. Prior to APS, Charles founded GM Limited, a golf licensing distribution company with a substantive roster of brands including Reebok, Greg Norman and Payne Stewart. GM Limited became one of the most successful golf apparel businesses in Hong Kong and China. Charles sold the company in 1997 and has continued to profitably invest in, and act as management consultant to multiple sectors including communications, oil and gas and real estate - areas to which he brings significant energy and acumen. Previously, Charles was Regional Marketing Manager for a Hong Kong-based, Coca-Cola Licensing operation, overseeing the distribution and marketing in Singapore, the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong; research analyst for Credit Lyonnais Securities, evaluating potential investments for British merchant banks and global emerging market funds; and on the underwriting and debt syndication desk for Kemper Financial in Chicago, IL. Charles received a BA from Vassar College and earned an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. |
Zeid Masri |
Zeid is a Partner at Sanitas Peak Financial and Managing Partner of SilverHaze Partners, LLC (SHP). Over the past 19 years, he has been responsible for managing the private equity portfolios for a number of wealthy families and institutions. He formed SHP as a family office focused on private equity investing. Over that time, SHP formed a number of vehicles investing in top tier funds and direct private equity investments. He was an early investor in Dupont Fabros Tech (DFT), Blue Mercury, Edgecast, DMP Publishing, Chegg (CHGG), Bowlmor Lanes/AMF, and Communikids.
Previously, Zeid was a Vice President at Bessemer Trust Company in the Alternative Asset Management Group and a Principal in the Principal Investing Group at Alex Brown & Sons Asset Management. He serves as a Director on the Boards of CommuniKids Holdings LLC and the National Children’s Museum. He formally served on the Boards of Downtown Music Publishing, EagleBank, Inc., and Blue Mercury. Zeid received an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 1992 and a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University in 1987. |
Charlotte Crawford |
Charlotte is an Associate at Sanitas Peak. Charlotte has worked on joint ventures in farming, operations in the trading arm, and researching innovative hemp sectors. Prior to joining Sanitas Peak, Charlotte spent three years in the hemp industry where she worked on joint ventures in farming, operations in the trading arm, and researching innovative hemp sectors at Chimney Rock Hemp Farm and Natuve Roots Dispensary. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at Silver Bullet Water Treatment, a Denver based water treatment start up. Charlotte received her BS in Environmental Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Tammy Dekel |
Tammy has over 30 years of experience in strategic and business consulting, corporate finance, international sales, account management, product development, process improvement and supply chains. Prior to joining Sanitas Peak, Tammy was the COO and Co-Owner of a children’s crafts start-up called Lullubee. During her time there, she was responsible for operations, regulatory compliance and financial, client and vendor management of the company.
Tammy has held P&L responsibility for a $16 million international sales and marketing arm of a multi-national packaged foods company, Elite Industries, Ltd., which she brought to profitability within the first year. As Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Analysis at Radius Travel, a corporate travel organization, she led business analysis and strategic projects. And as Director Financial Operations for a telecom start-up, Syntellisys Network, Inc. Tammy was responsible for business planning and financial operations. Tammy has worked with two investment banks, Indian River Advisors and Focus Investment Banking, where she was responsible for market research, financial analysis and creation of marketing materials and confidential information memoranda for client engagements. Earlier in her career, Tammy worked as a financial analyst for the Los Angeles Times. Tammy has also worked as an independent business consultant for many years on strategic and marketing projects for clients like the Rodale Institute and Starband (Gilat-to-Home). Tammy was raised in Ghana, Mexico, the Philippines, Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Israel, and served as an officer in the Israeli army. Tammy holds a BA in Economics from Whittier College and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Columbia University. |
Sam Seuchting |
Sam is an Associate at Sanitas Peak Financial. Prior to joining Sanitas Peak, Sam was a student at Tufts University where he received his BS in Quantitative Economics. During his time in school, Sam spent three consecutive summers as an Equity Research Analyst Intern at Schaper, Benz & Wise Investments. While there, Sam analyzed and presented research on investment opportunities, curated financial models and made recommendations on his research to portfolio managers. Sam also worked as a Real Estate Intern at Opus Development Company over the summer while in college.

Richard Staves |
Richard has 30 years of experience representing clients before the IRS and state tax agencies in audits, Appeals and Collection Due Process Hearings and has assisted in several Tax Court cases. Prior to joining Sanitas Peak, Richard was the Managing Member at Cherry Creek Wealth Management, a Denver-based private equity firm that syndicates investment opportunities in real estate and provides seed capital to start-ups. While there, he assisted high net worth clients, retirement plans and business clients in the areas of retirement planning, tax and estate planning, wealth management, employee benefits, Social Security optimization, insurance and investment portfolio management. Before this, he was a Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group. Richard’s professional licenses include Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, Charted Retirement Planning Counselor, Certified Insurance Service Representative, Series 63 and 65 FINRA securities licenses and Colorado Life, Health, Fire and Casualty insurance licenses.

LeVon Terry |
LeVon is the Director of Finance and Portfolio Strategy for Sanitas Peak Financial. Prior to joining Sanitas Peak, LeVon spent nearly 20 years working within startups focusing primarily on finance, capital raising and business development. Most recently, LeVon was the Vice President at Personal Capital, a Silicon Valley based fintech startup. During his time there, he modeled investment portfolios for high net worth investors, managed an active sales pipeline and helped develop the firm’s investments platform. Prior to this he worked in the Global Wealth Management Office at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. While there, he raised more than $50 million in new capital from institutional investors, assisted in managing high net worth client relationships and led due diligence for more than 50 private equity & hedge fund offerings. LeVon also owns his own business named Terry & Co where he works directly with clients across a wide range of industries to create business plans and financial projections, optimize operations, lead investor relations, direct capital raising efforts, and build successful sales teams. LeVon received a BSc in Economics from the University of Dayton.
